This Refund Policy explains how refunds apply to Manual of Me, depending on how you access and pay for the service. It should be read alongside our Terms of Use.
Individual users who use Manual of Me for free do not make any payments. As no payment is taken, no refunds apply.
Individual users who purchase an annual paid plan are entitled to a 30-day cooling-off period starting from the date of first payment.
If you cancel within this 30-day period, you are eligible for a full refund. After the cooling-off period has ended, payments are non-refundable.
Team subscriptions billed annually include a 30-day cooling-off period starting from the date of first payment.
If you cancel within this period, you are eligible for a full refund. After the cooling-off period, annual team subscriptions are non-refundable. Cancelling will stop future renewals but will not result in a refund for the current billing period.
Team subscriptions billed monthly are non-refundable once a billing period has started.
You may cancel at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing month and will prevent future charges.
Organisation subscriptions are billed monthly. Payments are non-refundable once processed.
You may cancel at any time to stop future charges. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Payments for Manual of Me are processed by our reseller partner Paddle, which acts as merchant of record. Paddle handles payment processing, invoicing, tax calculation, and refunds.
Any approved refunds are issued via Paddle and are subject to Paddle’s applicable policies and processes.
We do not offer partial or pro-rata refunds for unused time, except where required by law.
